CLEANING AND CARE
Although its completely natural for sterling silver & other metals to oxidize or patina over time, these are the preventative measures you can take to ensure longevity in your new relationship.
- Bathe with warm soapy water
- Dry off and brighten its shine with a soft polishing cloth
- Avoid interaction with harsh chemicals found in hot tubs and cleaning products
Sterling silver: It's the quality stuff. It's silver and will last forever. That being said it will naturally darken and does need to be cleaned.
Gold Filled: This is a durable piece that will not tarnish or chip. It is also safe for those with metal allergies. Gold-filled is much more expensive than gold plated material and will last longer; however, it does have a life span of about 10 to 30 years, unlike pure gold pieces which will last forever.
